Annual Payment (Under $360)

If your total OTB is less than $360/year, you receive one lump sum in July.

No separate application — claim OTB on your tax return:

  1. File Ontario tax return
  2. Complete ON-BEN form (included in return)
  3. Enter rent paid or property tax
  4. CRA calculates automatically
