Lost or Stolen Simplii Card: Step-by-Step

  1. Open the Simplii app → go to Manage Cards → toggle to Locked immediately
  2. Review recent transactions for any unauthorised activity — note amounts, dates, and merchants
  3. Call 1-888-723-8881 during service hours to formally report the card and initiate a dispute if needed
  4. Request a replacement card — typically delivered within 5–7 business days
  5. For fraudulent charges, Simplii will open a chargeback or dispute on your behalf
