Loading Neo Financial
Method 1: Interac e-Transfer from another bank (most common)
- Log in to your other bank’s app or online banking
- Send an e-Transfer to the email address registered with your Neo account
- Funds typically appear on your Neo card and account within minutes
Method 2: Direct deposit
- Open Neo app → Settings (or profile) → Direct Deposit
- Copy your transit number and account number (provided by Concentra Bank via Neo)
- Give these to your employer’s payroll team, or enter them at My CRA Account (canada.ca) for government payments
- Payroll and government deposits arrive on the payment date
Method 3: Linked external account transfer
- Neo may allow initiating a pull transfer from a linked external account directly in the app — check current functionality in the app
There is no cash loading option. No cash deposit kiosks, no branch deposits.
Withdrawing from Neo Financial
Neo has no ATM access. To convert your Neo balance to cash:
- Open Neo app → Send Money (or Transfers)
- Send an e-Transfer to your bank account’s registered email or phone number
- Accept the e-Transfer in your receiving bank’s app (or Autodeposit handles it automatically)
For amounts exceeding $10,000: split over multiple days using the $10,000/day limit, or use a linked account EFT transfer if available in the app.
